I am European, an adult, adolescent and child psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, International trainer (UK & Poland), Lifemusic practitioner and Playback Theatre performer. I have extensive experience of working with adults, young people and families. I’m a former year tutor (humanistic & existential therapies) at The Minster Centre where I taught on the Integrative Psychotherapy Masters course. I work in private practice in Acton ,West London ,specialise in expressive arts-based Gestalt , therapy with young persons and transgenerational enquiry. I also offer Clinical supervision am a free-lance trainer and have authored several publications. I put a keen emphasis on building a trusting relationship in therapy and in supervision; I think this is essential if our work together is to be meaningful and productive. My interests include: anger problems, bereavement and loss, diaspora/ intercultural concerns, identity, life-changes, self-esteem, ‘stuckness’ and transgenerational trauma. lately Ive become particularly interested in de-stressing/ relaxation and in developing wellbeing.
