DSP is a relational, movement oriented approach within a Gestalt psychotherapy framework. Movement is central to all experiences as it serves as fundamental support for contacting. Our movement repertoire develops early in life, a language in itself, conveying desires, intentions and emotions.
Participants will explore how primary movement patterns are part of their present experience and influence daily life. Developed by Ruella Frank PhD this is a comprehensive system of phenomenological exploration allowing practitioners to work with their clients through experimentation of movements.
