Overview

There can be times in our lives when we experience powerful and difficult feelings with situations that seem out our control.

Successfully steering through these moments, be they short or long term can sometimes be challenging, and attempting to circumnavigate them can feel painful.

My role will be to partner with you, and to offer support as you share and investigate your experiences.

Investigative psychological development can be an exciting, empowering, liberating and enjoyable experience; one that leads to you taking back what you’ve given away, regaining control and beginning afresh.

I will help you to create a personal tool bag from which you’ll be able to develop ways to recognise the emergence of your patterns and to support you in finding the most effective way to live.

I will never tell you what to do, but will support your effort as you create your new path.

Working together, we’ll focus on your awareness, your pattern and style of being, your modus operandi and how you participate with your wider world.

Your efforts will help you:

  • Gain insights that develop your understanding of your ‘self’.
  • Find what motivates and drives you.
  • Develop insight into your involvement for the choices you make .
  • Learn to see and relate to others in a new way.
  • Advance how you can empower yourself.
  • Renew your personal power and authority.

Our sessions will focus on you gaining a greater understanding of yourself, through exploring your attitudes, behaviours, aspirations and wants, helping you find the skills necessary to continually organise your life to find the most rewarding way to live.

My interest will be in you; supporting you to arrive at a clearer view of yourself, and that which is truly relevant for you.

How that happens can be enlivening and exciting, sometimes unexpected, but I work with the notion that when you experience a moment of genuine self-awareness, then the choices available allow you to take control.
