Four Chair Work with Stefan Charidge

35% discount for all who book before the 31st of January.

An experiential exploration and explanation, linked to the four core emotions of four core archetypes.

Four-Chair work enables us to explore the parts of the self that have been hidden, denied or suppressed as a creative adjustment. Linked to historical field conditions at a formative age.

Suitable for all interested in experiential chair work.

Those who seek therapy or counselling desire change, and four chair work links to all core emotions and the development of confidence and self-esteem. As a practitioner, you may use some aspects of the four chairs but not all to their full potential. This webinar will shine a light on the process and offer a framework to support your clients.

Also, this webinar will help you track where you are within a client's process whilst exploring (moving back and forth with an end goal in mind - completion). Meeting more of the client’s unconscious needs and unfinished business within a client’s psyche (their fixed gestalts and limiting beliefs).

This will NOT be recorded.

An experiential webinar where people can volunteer to do a piece of work for themselves or present a client’s case (which may or may not expand into two, three or four-chair work). It is an experiment after all. The experiments will be influenced by the material that the volunteer wishes to work with and would be especially suited to those who have experienced two-chair work before, but it's not necessary.

The four chairs are linked to the four core emotions of four core archetypes.

Suitable for all interested and especially Gestalt practiotioners.

Do you have a training centre or community that is interested in having a full-day or weekend workshop (there are many titles and themes available)? Do get in contact via charidge@gmail.com
