The Penny Model: Full-day Workshop

  • Shedfield Reading Room Church Road Southampton, England, SO32 2HZ United Kingdom (map)

While I have reduced the human experience to the four core emotions and made it more accessible, it does take time and practice to develop the skills required to support people in sharing intimacy (In–To–Me –See) and vulnerability. This is a place where you can ask whatever questions and develop and hone your skills, in an interactive and supportive environment.

The day will be experiential, offering various insights into your own and clients' processes.

The day will be broken up into several parts:

  • An introduction to the basic principles of Gestalt therapy.

  • The four core emotions and projection.

  • The MONEY GAME (see notes below).

  • Sharing and group process.

  • Chair-work, experiments and facilitation.

The Money Game:

This is an experiential process to explore your relationship (and projections and traumas around money). We will be working with cash, and there will be several rounds and opportunities of exploring and sharing of your process.

What to bring:

  • Some cash (you decide what and how much).

  • An object that represents some of your energy, qualities or aspects of yourself.

  • A packed lunch.

  • Pen and paper.

Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided.

Email me via charidge@gmail.com for more information.

Refunds are only available with seven days' notice (less Eventbrite fees).

There are three bursary places available for those that need it. Contact me for deatils. charidge@gmail.com

Some recent feedback (1hr anxiety webinar):

It was fantastic. I can't wait to watch it all again on the recording. I will certainly be recommending to my supervisees. I have been working as a therapist for over 16 years and attended the event as a refresher for my CPD needs, I wasn't expecting what I gained from it, so how wrong I was! Thank you :) I have learned so much today in such an easy to understand way (I to have dyslexia). I have seen the benefits and will be passing this on to my clients and supervisees, everyone is a winner, thanks Stefan. I thought it was one of the best short learning events I have attended in the past year. I will certainly be buying Stefan's book and I will be seeking him out from now on. T. B.
