UKAGP Conference 2022

15-17th July 2022
Eastwood Hall Nottingham

Theme

We are not alone – Being with our differences and commonalities

Programme

This year’s programme is designed to bring us together over a 3-day residential to do all the things we enjoy most as a Gestalt Community – connect, share, learn and have fun.

There will be sessions in various formats to help you find a way which supports you in dialogue to deepen our exploration of our differences and commonalities.

Dates

Friday 15th July 2022 Noon, to Sunday 17th July 2022: 4pm

Price

The ticket price for members is £350. We have an early bird offer of £330 for the first 30 tickets purchased. Details on tickets for non-members will follow shortly.

The ticket price includes all conference activities, workshops, Friday and Saturday night accommodation, food and refreshments.

The most important part of our conference is supporting connections across our community.
As such we are aiming to hold the conference at cost. This means that we are not offering trainee discounts this year. Instead, we’re organizing additional content for trainees on Friday Morning and invite trainees to apply for the bursary fund to help with travel costs.

In case there are any profits from the conference, these will go towards the bursary fund.

Bursary

We have a UKAGP Bursary Fund to support members who are in financial need and who otherwise would not be able to attend. You can find further details of our bursary scheme and apply for a contribution towards your travel costs here.

You can make a contribution to our bursary fund to support others to attend by clicking here https://ukagp.org.uk/bursary-donations/.

Get Involved

As a community event, run by the community, for the community, we’d like to invite you to get involved in making our weekend a success. You can volunteer by contacting conference@ukagp.org.uk. We are seeking volunteers to:

– Run a workshop to support participants to deepen their exploration of our differences and commonalities in line with the conference theme.

– Lead a process group – No previous experience required.

– Help with the conference arrangements.

We have several Fertile Void sessions for participants to rest, exercise, connect etc.
Perhaps you would be interested in offering an activity to bring further connection across the community e.g. a morning yoga class in the hotel grounds, gathering or starting a special interest group. You don’t need to take any action now, we will be providing a notice board for you to share details during the weekend.

We are always looking for volunteers to help keep UKAGP running, if you’d like to join our organising committee or get involved with UKAGP in any other way contact Nika at conference@ukagp.org.uk.
